24 hour Fermentation

 

Our Bulgarian yogurt is fermented for a full 24 hours, which greatly reduces the lactose content of the milk making it much easier to digest. This fermentation process also increases the availability of all the nutrients found in the milk. Many of our consumers who are lactose intolerant can eat our yogurt.

 

No Additives

 

Most yogurt is currently marketed as a confectionary snack item with an implied health benefit simply because it's labeled yogurt. The use of thickeners, stabilizers, preservatives, artificial colors, and added sweeteners  has turned yogurt into a health-negative shadow of what it once was.
